Ideology
I like to think of ideas as living entities one can form relationships with. They seem to be primarily interested in becoming visible, heard and otherwise present in our reality.
A political ideology, then, is an ecology of ideas about human society. They must be most interested in being expressed in the form of human societies; but barring that, in in the ways people relate to each other, in actions of individuals and movements of crowds.
One of the things I’m trying to do with PsyPol is to discover what my ideology is. Another is to find ways to express it. One more is to find people who share it.
