Checking in with Jason Novak

Now that I’m settled, more or less, in Yerevan, I want to come back to my habit of having video calls with PsyPol’s paying subscribers. I’ll record some of them, and post some of the recordings.

I’m kicking it off with my first face-to-face conversation with the artist Jason Novak, a regular contributor to Psychopolitica (The Saint of the Desert, Weird Times: the China Issue, How Lenin and Stalin Killed God, Limits).

We just talked a few hours ago, over his launch break, about dreams, ideology, our creative projects, and the misery and the humor of life.

If you want to chat too, leave a comment. (I’ll be following up on earlier requests I have not yet addressed in the coming days and weeks.)
